Is the Free plan really free forever?▾
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no trial, no expiry. You get 1 workspace, 5 members, and all core features including sprints, capacity planning, ceremonies, OKRs, and export.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?▾
Yes. You can upgrade from the workspace Settings page at any time. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalties or fees.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied?▾
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. Contact admin@sprinlo.com within 7 days of your billing date with your account email and reason.
Is billing per workspace or per organization?▾
Billing is per organization. The Pro plan allows up to 3 workspaces under one organization subscription. You don't pay separately per workspace within the same org.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. Paddle accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your region.
What happens to my data if I cancel?▾
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan (or your account will be deactivated if you had only paid workspaces). You can export all your data before cancelling.
