Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sprinlo (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organization.

Sprinlo is a web-based sprint and team capacity management platform ("Service") designed for software engineering teams. The Service includes features for issue management, sprint planning, capacity calculations, kanban boards, sprint ceremonies, OKR tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted insights.

The Service is offered under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model with multiple subscription tiers. Feature availability varies by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice.

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at admin@sprinlo.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Sprinlo offers the following subscription plans:

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

No refunds on partial months. If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, you will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Scrape or extract data from the Service using automated means without prior written consent.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without explicit authorization.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

Sprinlo platform: All rights in the Service — including design, software, algorithms, content, branding, and documentation — are owned exclusively by Andreal. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Your data: You retain full ownership of all content and data you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Your data is stored securely on our infrastructure. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANDREAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANDREAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
