Overview
At Sprinlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for paid plans.
Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans). If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, you may request a full refund.
After the 7-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Subscription periods already used
- Downgrades from a higher plan
- Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your billing date at:
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your account email address
- The date of your payment
- The reason for your refund request
We will process your request within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Free Plan
Sprinlo offers a free plan with no credit card required. If you are on the Free plan, no charges apply and therefore no refund is necessary.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Organization Settings page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at admin@sprinlo.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve billing issues promptly.
